How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Returns shipped to Street Edge USA will be refused at time of delivery.

1. Please email info@streetedgeusa.com to request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they have been installed, mounted to vehicle, painted or modified. Clothing Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your order had free shipping applied our original shipping charges will be deducted.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the incorrect part or need to exchange for another part you can do so. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping charges to and from your location.

45 Money Back Guarantee (Coilovers only)

If the coilover kit has been installed correctly and within the lowering range and you are not happy you can return the for a refund. The refund will not include any shipping charges orginally charged. If the coilover kit was not properly installed and not within range it will NOT be returnable under the 45 Money Back Guarantee.
